Automotive manufacturers worldwide have been moving towards increase speed of car body welding processes of Automobiles and every year there is growing need to increase robot speed in order to improve productivity.Nachi was able to meet the high speed with newly designed structure of robot main body which enabled both a reduction in weight in addition to high rigidity which significantly improved acceleration,performance and vibration suppression of robot operations.In combination with new FD11 Control System the cycle tme of spot welding processes has been reduced by 30 % compared to previous models.The SRA Series allows more precise work to be performed by adopting high speed motor control and components which resulted in two fold increase in position repetability when compared with previous models.The streamlined robot body allows a higher density of robot placement that contributes to space saving on Production line.The lightweight robot main body and latest motor control systems reduce power consumption by 15% compared to previous models.

SRA Series can be used for application including Palletising,Machine Tending,Handling,Spot welding etc.
