Nachi Introduces Slim Collaborative Robot

NACHI, has released its innovative new “human collaborative” robot, the six-axis model CZ10. Featuring power- and force-limiting technology, CZ10 can work safely with or in close proximity to humans, as it has a safety mechanism to stop instantaneously, should it come in contact with an operator. Operator pinch points are eliminated by having minimum clearance of 25 mm or more between arm and Joints. CZ 10 is certified to ISO 10218-1 and TS 15066 standards.CZ10 have payload capacity of 10Kg and Horizontal reach of 1300mm

In addition to standard robot programming through the teach pendant, the user can hand-guide the CZ10 when teaching it new program paths. Digital I/O Connector for application and built in air connection are available at the wrist.

Enhanced safety certified functions are achieved with built in Robot Monitoring unit.The Robot Monitoring Unit is a category 4 and PLe compliant system which monitors the robot position and speed so as to shut off the power to the robot when its position or speed are deemed to be irregular.Multiple work zones can be user defined to interlock robot motion with peripheral safety equipment such as light curtains,laser sensors and other equipment's.
